He is experienced with broad range of organizations, from start-up several publicly traded companies, is expertise in the strategy development, family business issues & dynamics, benchmarking, restructuring, operational improvements, and business model evaluations. He is held variety of management positions up to and including President and CEO.

Bill Griswold has served, and continues to serve as a corporate director for a number of publicly and privately held firms. He has held various board level leadership positions including Vice Chair (Lead Outside Director), audit committee chair, and executive compensation committee chair for publicly traded financial institution with over $2.5 billion in assets.

Mr. Griswold attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, majored in Business Administration, has taken advanced courses in Telecommunications at University of Kansas and in Management at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is studied the following professional course work: Total Quality Management, Family Business Dynamics, Economic Decision Making, Executive Management Training, and Performance Management.
